This program builds connections and provides reflection and guidance for parents, allowing for personal growth and improvement in parenting. Our team has rich experience in developing strategic planning processes for school districts and will help to develop your next process and plan. 

Everyone needs a coach. Strong leaders learn from their experiences, and often times that includes receiving feedback from outside one's prevue. Our team will build a strong relationships with the leader, set shared goals, develop a path to get there, and support that leader along the way.

An organization's budget highlights the priorities for the work ahead, and the leader is responsible developing the budget and operating the organization from it. Our team will help leaders put their money where their priorities are and navigate the complexities of grants, buckets, and budget lines.
